Wendy Moulang
Wendy Moulang is the operational force behind Lumino Automate. Before co-founding Lumino, she served as COO at Byte Orbit, where she led delivery for complex financial services engagements, including the Shoprite Money Market app and Standard Bank’s Shyft app.
As an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, Wendy brings a high-standard approach to process, risk, and business continuity. She understands the gap between systems that perform in controlled conditions and solutions that actually scale when things get busy. Her technical expertise spans business analysis, product management, and automation design.
Wendy specialises in translating complex operational requirements into lean, automated workflows. By leveraging tools like Airtable, Zapier and n8n, she builds secure, connected architecture that allows data to flow seamlessly across your business, removing manual friction without adding unnecessary technical complexity. Her approach prioritises stability and long-term maintainability, ensuring your systems evolve alongside your growth.
With over a decade of experience in the financial services sector, Wendy leads Lumino’s client engagements and operational audits. She helps founders bridge the gap between their current reality and the systems they need to scale safely.
Bridgette Moulang
Co-founder of Lumino, Bridgette Moulang spent more than a decade as producer and assistant director on TV commercials in Amsterdam and New York before returning to Johannesburg to work as a producer and broadcaster handling production of current affair shows on Talk Radio 702 and Cape Talk.
She has worked with Al Jazeera, the CSIR and other institutions on numerous projects helping clients to identify and implement solutions to underlying problems.
A curious Gen Xer who watched major technology shift and each time promised to change the world, she brings a long view. Research, film production, content creation, and communication accross analogue and digital contexts have given her specific skills: start with an idea, identify what needs to be achieved, plan carefully, execute efficiently and stay accessible even after the client is satisfied.
Her international background gives her a lens on what it means to use technology without losing the human character of a business across differing contexts and cultures.
At Lumino she works to bridge communication and implementation, helping founders and operators understand how automation works and whether it addresses the right problem.
